GENERAL

All participants are expected at all times to foster a respectful work environment free from any form of harassment and discrimination.

REGISTRATION / PAYMENTS

You can register for classes by purchasing your spot via my website using PayPal. Please note you do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment.

Fees must be paid in full upon registration in order to reserve a seat.

REFUNDS / WITHDRAWALS / CANCELLATIONS

If you need to withdraw from the class, the following policies are applicable:

Full refund: 7 days before the first start date of the class

Partial refund, 50%: 5 days before the first state date of the class

No refunds after this date.

There are no makeup classes for missed classes.

I reserve the right to cancel classes 3 days prior to the start date due to emergencies. Full refunds will be given if this were to happen. Students will be informed through email.

WEATHER

Leading up to each class, I will be monitoring the weather. However all locations for the classes will be chosen to prioritize protection from the elements in case of inclement weather so we can continue our class.

Class will be cancelled and rescheduled if the weather is dangerous, students will be informed through email.
